Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Formulation Scientist to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field, with experience in developing and optimizing formulations for organic and sustainable products. This role will involve working on innovative projects to create cutting-edge solutions for the agriculture and organic products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and scale up formulations for organic agricultural products, including fertilizers, pesticides, and soil amendments.

Conduct experiments to evaluate the stability, efficacy, and safety of formulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including agronomists, biologists, and quality assurance, to ensure product performance and compliance with organic standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in formulation science.

Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and present results to stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve formulation-related issues during product development and manufacturing.

Ensure all formulations meet environmental, safety, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in formulation development, preferably in the agriculture or organic products industry.

Strong knowledge of organic chemistry, surfactants, emulsifiers, and rheology.

Experience with analytical techniques and instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR).

Familiarity with organic certification standards and regulatory requirements.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
