Job Summary:

GreenHarvest Organics is seeking a meticulous and analytical Fraud Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions and customer activities to detect potential fraudulent behavior.
• Investigate and analyze fraud incidents, identifying root causes and trends.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance fraud detection processes and mitigate risks.
• Maintain detailed records of fraud cases and generate reports for management.
• Assist in improving fraud detection tools and technologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, fraud schemes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Prior experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or financial security is preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and fraud detection software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines related to fraud prevention.
