Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute weddings seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the AquaVista Travels team to ensure every wedding is a memorable and stress-free experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding.

Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, photography, and transportation.

Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure high-quality services at competitive prices.

Create and manage detailed timelines, checklists, and budgets for each wedding.

Oversee the setup and execution of wedding events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Address any issues or last-minute changes promptly and professionally.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Stay updated on wedding trends, venues, and vendors to provide innovative ideas to clients.

Ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Wedding Coordinator, Event Planner, or similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

Knowledge of local wedding venues, vendors, and trends in Coimbatore is a plus.

A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
