Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in a customer service role or a similar position.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
