Key Responsibilities:

Advertising Manager:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive advertising strategies to promote Athernova’s products and services.

Oversee the creation of compelling advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, and broadcast.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality advertising materials.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Manage advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging advertising technologies to keep Athernova ahead of the competition.

Public Relations Specialist:

Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance Athernova’s public image and brand reputation.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and other PR events.

Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, addressing any issues or crises proactively.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall brand messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in advertising, public relations, or a similar role.

Proven track record of successful advertising campaigns and PR initiatives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and PR software.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
