We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Podcast Producer Specialist to join us in crafting high-quality audio experiences that resonate with our audience.

Job Description:
As a Podcast Producer Specialist at Athernova, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of our podcast series. You will work closely with hosts, guests, and the content team to create compelling episodes that align with our brand vision. This role requires a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for storytelling through audio.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute podcast content strategies in collaboration with the content team.

Manage all aspects of podcast production, including pre-production, recording, editing, and post-production.

Coordinate with hosts, guests, and external partners to schedule recordings and ensure smooth operations.

Edit audio files to ensure high-quality sound, including mixing, mastering, and adding music or sound effects.

Write show notes, episode descriptions, and promotional materials to enhance audience engagement.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to keep the podcast fresh and relevant.

Monitor podcast performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.

Ensure all content aligns with Athernova’s brand guidelines and values.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in podcast production, audio editing, or a related field.

Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools, or similar).

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of podcast distribution platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts) is a plus.
