Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our network systems that support core organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) to meet organizational needs.

Configure and install software, servers, routers, switches, and other network devices.

Monitor network performance and integrity, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot network issues, outages, and bottlenecks, ensuring minimal downtime.

Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including patches, hotfixes, and configuration changes.

Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and reporting.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.

Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and network hardware.

Hands-on experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.

Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
