We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Airline Cabin Crew. Key Responsibilities:

Safety:

Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is on board and in working order.

Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure passengers comply with safety regulations.

Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if necessary.

Customer Service:

Greet passengers warmly and assist with boarding and seating.

Provide exceptional in-flight service, including serving meals and beverages, and addressing passenger needs.

Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with other cabin crew members and the flight deck crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience.

Support colleagues in maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.

Administrative Duties:

Complete post-flight reports, including incident reports and inventory checks.

Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy before, during, and after the flight.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to pass a medical examination and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting luggage and standing for extended periods.

Height and weight proportionate to meet safety requirements.
