Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of [specific program or department]. Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates on program progress.
Administrative Duties:
Manage program documentation, including budgets, contracts, and records.
Organize and maintain program files, databases, and tracking systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Assist in tracking program outcomes and collecting data for reporting purposes.
Support the preparation of program reports for funders, stakeholders, and internal review.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the Program Manager and team members to achieve program objectives.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning activities.

Qualifications:
