Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at SkyForge Aerospace. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about SkyForge Aerospace products, services, and policies.

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.

Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the aerospace or technology industry.

Multilingual capabilities.

Knowledge of customer service best practices.
