Job Summary:
The Property Manager will be responsible for the efficient management, maintenance, and optimization of SkyForge Aerospace’s property portfolio. This includes ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Oversight:

Manage and maintain all company-owned properties, including office spaces, facilities, and other real estate assets.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are in optimal condition and address any maintenance or repair needs.

Lease Management:

Oversee lease agreements, including negotiations, renewals, and terminations.

Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

Develop and manage property budgets, including maintenance, repairs, and operational expenses.

Monitor and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.

Vendor and Contractor Management:

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property-related services.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect employees, visitors, and assets.

Tenant Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Foster positive relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, including leases, maintenance, and financial transactions.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on property performance and issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.

Strong knowledge of property management software and tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of local, state, and federal property regulations.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
