Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic team at SkyForge Aerospace. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing production processes, ensuring the highest quality standards, and contributing to the development of advanced aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Process Optimization:

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all production processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality control.

Project Management:

Oversee production timelines and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Coordinate with R&D, design, and supply chain teams to align production goals.

Technical Support:

Provide technical expertise to resolve production-related issues.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for production processes and equipment.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for innovation in production techniques and technologies.

Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production staff to achieve organizational goals.

Mentor and train junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, CAD software, and lean manufacturing principles.

Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
