Job Description:
As a Process Improvement Consultant at SkyForge Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Strategy Development: Design and recommend process improvement strategies that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Implementation: Lead the execution of process improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of process changes and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, engineers, and operational teams to ensure buy-in and successful adoption of new processes.

Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to sustain process improvements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance reports.

Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational excellence, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Agile.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Tableau).

Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
