Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of preventive measures.

Oversee the development and execution of quality training programs for employees.

Ensure all documentation related to quality assurance is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline].
