We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is critical in ensuring that AetherNova Aerospace adheres to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local, national, and international regulations.

Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.

Monitor and interpret changes in laws and regulations affecting the aerospace industry, and update internal policies accordingly.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters, including anti-corruption, data protection, and safety regulations.

Investigate and resolve compliance issues, complaints, or violations in a timely and effective manner.

Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Foster a culture of integrity and ethical behavior across the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to aerospace operations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
