Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Event Planner to design, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects align with client expectations.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, goals, and budget for each event.

Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.

Create detailed event timelines, checklists, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and on-site event management.

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run seamlessly.

Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events with professionalism and efficiency.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event planning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience of 2-5 years in event planning or a similar role.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
