Job Description:
As a Telecom Infrastructure Engineer at FrostByte Gaming, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust telecommunications systems and network infrastructure to support our gaming platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of our telecom networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage telecom infrastructure, including voice, data, and video networks.

Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex telecom and network issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with software development and IT teams to integrate telecom systems with gaming platforms.

Implement and maintain security protocols to protect telecom infrastructure from cyber threats.

Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Stay updated with emerging telecom technologies and trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in telecom infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of telecom protocols, VoIP, SIP, MPLS, and SD-WAN.

Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

Experience with cloud-based telecom solutions and virtualization technologies.

Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
