Job Description:
As a Quality Control Inspector at AquaVista Travels, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of our travel services, processes, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and audits of travel services, including bookings, itineraries, and customer support processes.

Evaluate the quality of vendor and partner services to ensure compliance with company standards.

Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, findings, and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Train and guide staff on quality standards and best practices.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and track progress over time.

Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of travel industry regulations and standards is a plus.
