Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our aerospace systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on aerospace systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures in maintenance operations.

Provide technical support and training to junior staff as needed.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in aerospace technology and maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, DGCA).

Certification in relevant maintenance practices (e.g., AME license) is a plus.
