Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, infrastructure design, and deployment, with a passion for solving complex technical challenges. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions for our clients, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud strategies aligned with business goals.

Automate cloud operations and workflows using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.

Monitor and optimize cloud performance, ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.

Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including identity management, encryption, and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, providing timely support to internal teams and clients.

Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.

Document cloud architectures, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and database management in cloud environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional).

Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
