Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team at TechNova Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for working with data, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.

Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.

Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance data efficiency.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all platforms.

Communicate data-driven insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Familiarity with big data tools such as Hadoop or Spark.

Certification in data analytics or related fields is a plus.
