Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, networks, and servers, while providing technical support to our team. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems from cyber threats.

Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.

Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.

Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.

Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), networking, and cloud services.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
