Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assembly Line Supervisor to oversee and manage our production operations in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the assembly line to ensure production targets are met.

Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all products meet company and industry specifications.

Train, mentor, and motivate assembly line workers to achieve optimal performance.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to streamline operations.

Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of assembly line processes, equipment, and tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing setting.

Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
