Job Summary:
The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the shipment of products to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of shipping and logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.

Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and shipping costs.

Collaborate with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing shipping-related inquiries and concerns.

Identify opportunities to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar role.

Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is preferred.
