Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at SolarBloom Energy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and success of our solar energy products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SolarBloom Energy’s solar energy solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for innovation.

Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.

Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements.

Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and communications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.

Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
