Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Assemble and test solar energy components and systems according to specifications.

Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.

Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize manufacturing processes.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Document production data and report any issues or deviations to supervisors.

Assist in the implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Familiarity with solar energy systems or renewable energy technologies is a plus.

Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.

Knowledge of automation and robotics in manufacturing.

Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
