Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy technologies, particularly solar energy, and a passion for innovation. As an R&D Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing solar energy systems and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development activities to improve the efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness of solar energy systems.

Design and prototype new solar energy products and components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.

Perform simulations, testing, and analysis to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies and incorporate them into R&D projects.

Prepare technical documentation, including research reports, design specifications, and patent applications.

Support the commercialization of new products by providing technical expertise and guidance.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive the company’s R&D efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in R&D, preferably in the renewable energy or solar energy sector.

Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, photovoltaic technologies, and energy storage solutions.

Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and data analysis platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to innovation.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with solar panel design, power electronics, or energy management systems.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to solar energy.

Knowledge of materials science and their application in renewable energy systems.

Experience with prototyping and testing equipment.
