Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trial Coordinator to join our dynamic team at SolarBloom Energy. The Trial Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of trials for our innovative solar energy products and solutions. This position requires excellent project management skills, a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Trial Planning and Coordination:

Develop and implement trial plans for new solar energy products and technologies.

Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Engineering, Marketing) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth trial execution.

Identify and secure trial sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Project Management:

Monitor trial progress, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

Prepare and maintain detailed trial documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.

Identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges during the trial process.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of trial data.

Collaborate with the R&D team to evaluate trial outcomes and provide actionable insights.

Prepare comprehensive trial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all trial-related communications.

Provide regular updates to internal teams and external partners on trial progress.

Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all trials adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in project coordination, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Strong understanding of solar energy technologies and trial methodologies.

Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
