Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dealer Relationship Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our network of dealers, ensuring their success, and driving the growth of SolarBloom Energy’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer Network Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers.
Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and onboard new dealers to expand SolarBloom Energy’s reach.
Collaborate with dealers to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Provide dealers with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing support to enhance their performance.
Training and Support:
Organize training sessions for dealers on product features, sales techniques, and company policies.
Assist dealers in resolving operational and technical issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve products, services, and dealer support strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, sales performance, and market insights.
Prepare regular reports on dealer activities, sales achievements, and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dealer relationship management, sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of the solar energy industry is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
