Job Summary:
The Community Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing outreach programs that align with Lumawave Technologies' mission and values. This role will involve building relationships with community organizations, organizing events, and creating initiatives that promote the company’s commitment to social responsibility. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute community outreach strategies to enhance Lumawave Technologies' presence and impact in local communities.

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, non-profits, schools, and other stakeholders.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee community events, workshops, and initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals and values.

Create and distribute outreach materials, including newsletters, social media content, and press releases.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs and provide regular reports to management.

Represent Lumawave Technologies at community meetings, events, and conferences.

Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that support community development.

Manage budgets and resources for outreach programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for community engagement and social responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in [insert relevant industry, e.g., tech, renewable energy, etc.].

Knowledge of local community networks and organizations.

Experience with event planning and coordination.
