Job Summary:
As a Logistics Specialist at SolarBloom Energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, materials, and equipment across our supply chain. You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and optimizing logistics processes to support our operations and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the shipment of solar equipment, materials, and products to ensure timely delivery.

Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements.

Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to optimize logistics operations.

Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.

Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including procurement, sales, and operations, to align logistics activities with business goals.

Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance logistics processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, TMS, WMS).

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of renewable energy or solar industry logistics is a plus.
