Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in the production of solar energy products. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production of solar energy products.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet industry and company specifications.

Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot production issues.

Process Improvement:

Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement cost-effective solutions.

Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and innovations.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure proper functioning of production machinery and equipment.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and preventive maintenance.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the production facility.

Conduct safety training for production staff.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to achieve production goals.

Provide technical guidance and support to production staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and equipment maintenance.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
