Plant Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Plant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols. The Plant Supervisor will work closely with teams across departments to optimize workflow and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plant operations, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and optimize plant performance to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate plant employees to enhance team performance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and quality assurance teams to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and safety incidents.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to optimize plant efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in production planning and workforce management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
