Job Description:

Solarbloom is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage solar power installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, ensuring safety compliance, quality control, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems.
• Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and operation.
• Monitor project timelines, budget, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in solar power projects or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
