Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to help individuals and teams develop essential interpersonal and professional skills. The trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and other soft skills crucial for workplace success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver interactive soft skills training programs tailored to various audiences.
• Conduct workshops on communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and other relevant topics.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with management.
• Design training materials, including presentations, activities, role-plays, and case studies.
• Facilitate engaging and hands-on training sessions for employees at different levels.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to enhance individual skill development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
• Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and measure progress.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Training & Development (e.g., NLP, Train the Trainer, DISC, etc.) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Learning & Development Specialist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
• Ability to adapt training programs to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and professional growth.
• Proficiency in using training tools, digital platforms, and e-learning methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in virtual training and webinar facilitation.
• Knowledge of psychometric assessments and behavioral analysis.
• Familiarity with corporate training software and LMS platforms.
