Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with farmers and agricultural professionals to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment.

Develop and implement sustainable farming practices, including irrigation systems, soil conservation techniques, and waste management solutions.

Conduct field tests and experiments to evaluate the performance of new equipment and technologies.

Prepare technical reports, project plans, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in agricultural engineering or a related role.

Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery, equipment, and systems.

Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
