Job Description:
As a Risk Analyst at GreenHarvest Organics, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the company’s operations, financial performance, and reputation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that ensure the company’s sustainability and resilience in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Identification and Assessment:

Identify potential risks related to financial, operational, regulatory, and environmental factors.

Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze data to evaluate the likelihood and impact of risks.

Risk Mitigation Strategies:

Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize potential threats.

Collaborate with departments to ensure risk mitigation strategies align with company objectives.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior management.

Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and outcomes.

Compliance and Monitoring:

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.

Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and sustainability, to identify and address risks.

Provide guidance and training to staff on risk management best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRM) is a plus.

Proven experience (2+ years) in risk analysis, preferably in agriculture, sustainability, or a related industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in risk management software and tools.

Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
