Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team at PineHaven Retreats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of our wellness and retreat programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, a passion for wellness, and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development:
Design, plan, and implement innovative wellness and retreat programs tailored to meet the needs of our guests.
Collaborate with wellness experts, instructors, and vendors to curate high-quality experiences.
Project Management:
Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor program performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators, instructors, and support staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Guest Experience:
Ensure all programs align with PineHaven’s mission and deliver a seamless, transformative experience for guests.
Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to promote programs and drive bookings.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and wellness professionals.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Wellness Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the wellness, hospitality, or retreat industry.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful programs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and holistic living.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
