Job Summary:
The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of PineHaven Retreats, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of PineHaven Retreats, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and wellness programs.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Financial Management:

Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure profitability.

Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce expenses.

Guest Experience:

Ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained at all times.

Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term operational strategies.

Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement across all areas of the retreat.

Compliance and Sustainability:

Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

Promote sustainable practices and initiatives to align with PineHaven’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality or resort management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
