Job Summary:

GreenHarvest Organics is looking for an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills of our employees. The ideal candidate will design and deliver training programs to improve teamwork, customer interactions, and overall workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct engaging training sessions on soft skills, including communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
• Assess training needs and create customized learning programs to address skill gaps.
• Utilize interactive and practical training methodologies to ensure effective learning.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into training sessions.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or similar role.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using training tools, e-learning platforms, and multimedia.
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Certification in training and development is a plus.
