Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmaceutical Scientist to join our dynamic research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sciences, a passion for organic and sustainable practices, and the ability to contribute to the development of cutting-edge organic pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and development of organic pharmaceutical formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Design and execute experiments to develop new products and improve existing formulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and production, to ensure seamless product development and commercialization.

Analyze and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions and make data-driven decisions.

Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements related to organic pharmaceuticals.

Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure all research activities adhere to ethical, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development, preferably in organic or plant-based products.

Strong knowledge of formulation development, analytical techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
