We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of CrimsonPaw Pet Care facilities, including grooming salons, boarding kennels, training centers, and veterinary clinics.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for both pets and staff.

Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and drive business growth.

Analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.

Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports for senior management.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with CrimsonPaw’s values and mission.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pet care, hospitality, or service industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in using operational software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, scheduling software).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for animals and a deep understanding of pet care needs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
