Job Summary:

GreenHarvest Organics is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Engineer to optimize and enhance our production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to improve productivity and sustainability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance operational performance.
• Conduct research and testing to identify innovative solutions for production challenges.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and operations, to enhance product output.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Document process designs, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train employees on new processes and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
