Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and requests are handled with professionalism and care. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Assist guests with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

Provide detailed information about PineHaven Retreats’ services, amenities, and policies.

Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Upsell additional services and packages to enhance guest stays.

Stay updated on company promotions, policies, and procedures.

Provide feedback to management to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

A friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
