Job Summary:

GreenHarvest Organics is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Sustainability Consultant to help drive our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices. The ideal candidate will assess our current sustainability initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and implement strategies that align with our mission of eco-friendly and ethical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze the company’s environmental impact and sustainability practices.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Conduct research on sustainable materials, processes, and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry sustainability standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into business operations.
• Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and progress toward goals.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sustainability Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and sustainable business practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks is a plus.
