Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing PineHaven Retreats' public image, building relationships with media outlets, and crafting compelling narratives that align with our brand values. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance PineHaven Retreats' brand visibility and reputation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.

Organize and manage press events, interviews, and media tours.

Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR efforts with overall brand messaging.

Manage crisis communication and respond to media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand reach.

Stay updated on industry trends and media landscape to ensure innovative PR approaches.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong media relations and networking abilities.

Proficiency in PR tools and software (e.g., Cision, Meltwater).

Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
