As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team and oversee the efficient operation of our fleet of vehicles.

Job Summary:
The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing and optimizing CrimsonPaw Pet Care’s fleet operations to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation of our pet care professionals and resources. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet Management:

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all company vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Schedule and coordinate regular inspections, registrations, and compliance with local regulations.

Monitor fuel usage and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and support fleet staff, including drivers and maintenance personnel.

Conduct training sessions to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Operational Efficiency:

Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely delivery of services and minimize downtime.

Track fleet performance using GPS and fleet management software.

Prepare and analyze reports on fleet operations, including costs, maintenance, and performance metrics.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all vehicles comply with safety standards and legal requirements.

Investigate and resolve any accidents or incidents involving company vehicles.

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with external vendors, such as repair shops and fuel providers, to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service.

Manage inventory of spare parts and fleet-related supplies.

Budget Management:

Assist in developing and managing the fleet budget.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience (3+ years) in fleet management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and fleet management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
