Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting tests, analyzing data, and maintaining documentation to ensure the integrity of our organic products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and organic certification requirements.

Conduct sensory evaluations, physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of products.

Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare detailed reports for management.

Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, recommending corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality and processes.

Monitor and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control.

Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role, preferably in the food or organic industry.

Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, laboratory techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certification in organic standards or quality management systems (e.g., ISO, HACCP) is a plus.
