Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to join our team at CrimsonPaw Pet Care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and international shipping. As a Freight Forwarder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of our pet care products to customers and partners across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the shipment of goods, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation.

Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.

Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

Negotiate freight rates and contracts with carriers to optimize costs and service levels.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and inventory.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving logistics-related issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.

Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in the pet care or related industry is a plus.
