We are seeking a talented and motivated Bioprocess Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and optimization of bioprocessing technologies for organic products.

Job Description:
As a Bioprocess Engineer at Green Harvest Organic, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing bioprocesses for the production of organic and sustainable products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale up processes from lab to production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize bioprocesses for the production of organic products, including fermentation, downstream processing, and purification.

Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve process efficiency, yield, and product quality.

Scale up bioprocesses from laboratory to pilot and commercial production levels.

Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless process integration.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bioprocessing operations.

Monitor and troubleshoot bioprocess performance, identifying and resolving technical issues.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in bioprocessing technologies.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in bioprocess development, scale-up, or manufacturing (fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered).

Strong knowledge of fermentation, downstream processing, and bioreactor operations.

Proficiency in data analysis and process modeling software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
